German strugglers Werder Bremen have identified Juventus outcast Luca Marrone as a potential January signing in a bid to strengthen their side.
The 24-year-old midfielder-cum centre-back is yet to feature under boss Massimiliano Allegri and may seek a move away from the Bianconeri in an attempt to gain some playing time.
According to Sport Bild, Werder Bremen have been monitoring the former Sassuolo man and are keen to secure the services of the Juventus youth product.
Reports also suggest that French outfit Evian Thonon Gaillard are keeping tabs on the youngster should he decide to leave Turin.
The Italy Under-21 star made 15 appearances for the Neroverdi last season but returned to his parent club for the start of the current campaign.
