The future of AC Milan defender Pablo Armero still looks to be hanging in the balance after the player has stated that discussions with the club are still on ongoing.
The 28-year-old is currently on loan from Udinese, however it is reported that Genoa are keen on signing the player.
“I have met with the club and my agent is speaking with Adriano Galliano [vice-president of Milan], so let’s see what happens,” he told the press.
“I still have a contract with the club and no one has told me to leave.”
The defender then continued, reinforcing his desire to remain at the San Siro and that as of yet he hasn’t heard anything about a possible transfer to the Rossoblu.
“I want to remain at the club, however it is down to the whether the coach wants me or not,” the defender continued.
“I have not yet had any contact over a move and I am going to wait to see what is the best solution for me and my family.”
