AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi is set to meet with vice-president Adriano Galliani on Tuesday evening to discuss the future of current coach Filippo Inzaghi.

After a bright start, in which the squad only dropped a single match through their opening nine fixtures, patience appears to have run thin as ‘Super Pippo’ has registered a paltry 14 points over the last 14 matches with the Rossoneri currently languishing in 11th place.

Sky Sport Italia report the long time Milan executive duo will meet for dinner in Arcore, a small town some 31 kilometres from the San Siro, to discuss Inzaghi’s future.

Despite earlier proclaimations stating Inzaghi was certain to remain at his post through the season, Galliani has a long history of quickly pulling the plug on coaches.

Milan host 19th place Cesena on Sunday, a match which could prove decisive for Inzaghi based on the outcome of the Berlusconi-Galliani.
