AC Milan have turned down the chance to sign Francesco Lodi as the player looks set to remain at Parma for the rest of the season.

The midfielder, who is on loan from Catania, is the latest name to be linked with a move from the Ducali as the club’s financial situation worsens.

According to Sportitalia, Milan were interested in signing Lodi however the club look to have cooled their interest as Atalanta midfielder Daniele Baselli is set to join the club in the summer.

The report also suggests that the Dea have also made an inquiry into the 30-year-old’s surfaces, but he has turned down the chance to move to Bergamo.
