Fiorentina’s newest addition Mohamed Salah won praises from his teammates after the club’s victory over Sassuolo.
The Egyptian international, who scored a goal and assisted another, recently completed a loan deal away from Chelsea and has stated his desire to make the deal with the Florence based club permanent.
Sky Sport Italia spoke with Fiorentina defender Micah Richards after the match, who praised his new teammate.
“We had a good game against a good team, some thought we were already focused on Tottenham Hotspur but we were not,” Richards said
“Salah is a very good addition and is a great player. He played in the Premier League like me, this will be very helpful.”
When asked about Tottenham, Richards was wary of their upcoming opponents.
“Tottenham will be a difficult match. [They] are in great form at the moment, it will be a difficult game,” said Richards.
