Inter defender Hugo Campagnaro is set to leave the club after his contract expires in the summer.

After only joining the Nerazzurri at the start of last season and making a total of 20 league appearances thus far, the 34-year-old’s stay in Milan looks destined to be short.

The former Napoli man is ready to listen to offers from both within Italy and from abroad, according to FcInterNews.it.

Early interest in the Argentina international has already been established, but it reportedly comes from Serie A’s lower ranked sides who may struggle to afford the player’s wages.

Reports also firmly suggest that there are clear opportunities to find a club in Spain’s La Liga, with numerous sides registering links with the player’s representatives.

Campagnaro made his debut for his national side at the age of 31, and made an appearance in the 2014 World Cup.
