Fiorentina chief Daniele Prade has yet to put pen to paper on a new deal, leaving some to worry about his possible departure.
Prade has been instrumental in La Viola’s sustained success since 2011, acquiring quality players and having a keen sense of when to sell his own.
During the press conference ahead of the match against Sassuolo the coach of Fiorentina, Vincenzo Montella was unfazed by the doubts around Prade’s future.
“I do not know now but we are used to this situation,” said Montella.
“Even last year, in fact, there was great uncertainty about what his future would be, but in the end came [his] signature.
“Prade has always renewed from year to year so we are not worried. ”
Prade’s contract expires on June 30th of this year.
