Porto hit-man Jackson Martinez intends to quit his current club in the summer, amid interest from England and Italy.
The 28-year-old Colombian international has developed into one of the most prolific forwards on the continent in recent years, and wants to test himself at a higher level.
“Next summer, I want to leave Porto,” Martinez told reporters after his side’s 1-0 victory over Vitoria Guimaraes on Friday evening.
The prolific striker has courted interest from the Serie A in the past, with Roma and especially Napoli, monitoring Martinez over the past few years.
The Colombian also has many admirers in England however, with Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur having been linked with long-term moves.
Martinez has an impressive strike-rate at Porto, having hit the net 85 times in 120 appearances across all competitions during his stay in Portugal.
