New Barcelona sporting director Ariedo Braida was spotted in the stands at the Sassuolo-Fiorentina match on Saturday evening, reportedly scouting three players.
The ex-AC Milan transfer guru was appointed as the new Barcelona directors last week, as has wasted no time in his new position – setting out in his homeland to scout the most talented youngsters in the Serie A.
Mundo Deportivo report that Braida was present at the Mapei Stadium to cast his eye on a number of Sassuolo and Fiorentina attacking talents.
In his sights were Sassuolo stars Simone Zaza and Domenico Berardi, as well as Fiorentina’s Khouma Babacar, who stole the show with a classy brace.
