Parma winger Raffaele Palladino has taken to Twitter to reinforce his desire to stay with Parma and fight to avoid relegation.
After a poor domestic campaign and several months of unpaid wages the pressure within the players reached its limits during the winter transfer window, with several key players such as Antonio Cassano, Gabriele Paletta and Nicola Pozzi all leaving the club.
Despite these issues on and off the pitch a dogged Palladino reassured fans that he wont terminate his contract with Parma and that he will not leave the club when they need him most, he tweeted: “Whoever wrote that I am going to terminate (my contract) is wrong and it’s all fake !!! I am part of a large group and cannot leave! Forza Parma.”
After a terrible season the club now sit 10 points from safety seemingly needing a miracle from coach Roberto Donadoni in order to stay up this campaign.
