The crisis at Parma continues to deepen as the Ducali’s match against Udinese on Sunday has been called off by the FIGC and local authorities.

A decision was made by FIGC president Carlo Tavecchio after being told by authorities that the match could only be played behind closed doors.

This is due to the Ducali’s inability to secure funds to pay stewards or security, with the use of electricity and flood lights unsure either.

Though the match has been postponed until a later date, there is a real possibility that Parma might not be able to play any further matches.

As the season is already past the half-way mark, all previous results would stand with any forfeited matches resulting in a 3-0 victory for their opponents.
