With coach Filippo Inzaghi still ill due to flu, Assistant coach Mauro Tassotti attendeded today’s pre-match press conference  ahead of  AC Milan’s trip to the Juventus Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

The former AC Milan defender has warned his team will not sit back and park the bus against Juventus.

“It’s never been easy playing away against Juventus , even for Fabio Capello and Arrigo Sacchi’s sides,” Tassotti told reporters.

“It’s a tough field to play at, but we are ready.

“Juventus drop very few points and allow very few goals. They have one of the best back-line in Europe.

“We want to play our game and attack, but it also depends on our rivals as they are aggressive too.

“A draw would be a positive result, should it come after a brilliant performance.”

Tassotti also spoke about Inzaghi.

“Inzaghi is meticulous, as he studies our matches and our opponents. He wanted a set-pieces coach. When you have many choices in the roster, it’s not easy.

“Managing a big group is the tough part of the game.”

Tassotti finally offered some final thoughts on tomorrow’s line up.

“Giacomo Bonaventura is available and Cristian Zaccardo played well against Parma but we will see tomorrow what choices Inzaghi will make.”
