Roma captain Francesco Totti believes the Giallorossi are ready to bounce back into form after a string of poor performances.

Roma have drawn six of their last seven games in all competitions and they have two decisive matches ahead, against Dutch team Feyenoord in the Europa League followed by a clash against rivals Juventus.

“I’d rather win tomorrow [Thursday] than on Monday against Juventus, losing is not a problem in and of itself,” he told Sportmediaset.

“But if we win tomorrow, then we’ll win on Monday too. But I don’t like talking about if.”

“Of course this match could turn our season around. Winning would take us into the last 16.”

“We’d pick up confidence and we’d face Juve with a different heart. The game could affect the whole year.”

When asked about the violence that occurred in the first leg Totti added: “The facts that occurred in Rome are not from fans, [but] the uncivilized.”

“I say to the fans of Roma, respect the Dutch and the monuments of the city.”
