AC Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi has agreed to sell 30 per cent of the club to the Thai billionaire Bee Taechaubol who is often known as simply ‘Mr B’ in his own country.
The Rothschild bank is acting as an advisor and the Rossoneri are valued at around €800 million in total.
According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Berlusconi has agreed to sell 30 per cent of the club to Teachaubol by May.
If the sale of shares is completed by May, it is expected that Berlusconi will willingly lose out on around €250m of the total value of the shares sold due to his eagerness for a quick and simple sale.
