Chelsea are looking at Torino full-back Matteo Darmian as a possible replacement for Branislav Ivanovic.

The 25-year-old has excelled with the Granata over the past four seasons with. He also scored one of the most important goals in his career last week, the winner in a 5-4 aggregate victory over Athletic Club in the Europa League Round of 32.

Now Chelsea, along with Real Madrid and Inter, have Darmian in their sights, and according to the Daily Express, the Italian international could replace 31-year-old Ivanovic on the flanks at Stamford Bridge.

They will have to compete with a reported €12 million bid from Madrid and a potential swap deal from Inter, who could offer Marco Benassi in exchange.
