Out-of-favour Manchester City forward Stevan Jovetic has agreed to join Inter in the summer.

The 25-year-old has struggled for playing time since joining City from Fiorentina in 2012.

Jovetic last made an appearance for City as a late substitute over a month ago. He did not make City’s most recent Champions League squad either, losing his place to new signing Wilfried Bony.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Inter have met the Montenegrin’s terms and the player will now try to convince the Premier League champions to sell him to the summer.

Juventus are also said to be interested in the player.

Jovetic would apparently relish a return to Italy, where he rose to fame with Fiorentina, scoring 40 goals in 134 appearances with La Viola between 2008 and 2013.

He then made the move to City in a €30 million deal, but he has not cemented a starting role at the club.
