Berlusconi and Galliani could stay following AC Milan takeover

Bee TaechaubolThai businessman Bee Taechaubol is not planning to revolutionise AC Milan should he acquire a majority stake of the club, as he edges closer to concluding the deal with president Silvio Berlusconi.

Mr.Bee, as the businessman is nicknamed, arrived in Italy on Sunday and is set to meet Berlusconi on Wednesday evening at his villa in Arcore to negotiate the acquisition of the club.

According to La Repubblica, Taechaubol will offer €500 million for 51 percent of Milan, but is not planning a major revolution in the Rossoneri upper managment.

In the case of a takeover, Silvio Berlusconi would remain president of club in a more representative manner. Barbara Berlusconi would remain as CEO and would be assigned to continue taking care of matters regarding the new stadium.

Current vice-president, Adriano Galliani, would remain as well, but could be accompanied by Paolo Maldini, who would serve as sporting director at the club.
