Fiorentina have reportedly come to a conclusion on which goalkeepers to pursue in this summer’s transfer window: Simone Scuffet and Antonio Mirante.

Current first-choice stopper Norberto Neto has long been reported to be heading to Juventus on a free transfer, and the Viola have now put a replacement plan in action, with two names being strongly considered.

Udinese’s teenage goalkeeping starlet Simone Scuffet is Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Montella’s primary transfer target, according to reports in La Nazione.

The 18-year-old is one of Italy’s most promising talents, but has found playing time hard to come by this season as Orestis Karnezis established himself.

Fiorentina’s second target is believed to be Parma man Antonio Mirante, who will likely be released by the Crociati at the end of the season, ending a five-year stay at the club.
