handanovic interInter could sell Samir Handanovic and Mateo Kovacic to Manchester United this summer, according to reports in the British press.

The duo are said to be among the list of names deemed expendable by coach Roberto Mancini in order to raise money to rebuild the squad at the end of the season.

The Daily Express reports that an offer of €50 million for the two players could be enough to tempt the Nerazzurri in the era of Financial Fair Play.

Handanovic is out of contract in 2016 and so Inter could be keen to sell the Slovenian international this summer to avoid losing him for free, with his agent’s demands of €2,4 million per season believed to be putting Inter off a contract renewal.

Kovacic is widely regarded as one of Europe’s best young talents and has scored eight goals in 34 appearances in all competitions this season.
