Reigning Serie A champions Juventus are in the hunt for Galatasaray’s Dutch playmaker Wesley Sneijder.

The former Inter star has long attracted interest from many of Europe’s big-hitters since moving to Turkey in January 2013 and it now seems almost certain that he will leave Gala this summer.

According to reports from TuttoJuve.com, the Bianconeri are set to offer Angelo Ogbonna in exchange for the diminutive Dutchman, as the Istanbul outfit are said to be keen on completing a deal for the out-of-favour Juve defender.

It’s been an inconsistent campaign for 30-year-old Sneijder in which he has scored eight goals from 25 Super Lig appearances, while only providing one assist.

The Champions League winner featured for Ajax and Real Madrid prior to his move to Inter in 2009, while claiming over a century of international caps with the Netherlands.
