Alessandro Matri opened the scoring for Juventus, until Roberto Pereyra doubled the lead in the first half. Leonardo Bonucci sealed a convincing win in the second half, as the Bianconeri booked their final berth.
Pereyra spoke after the game, congratulating his team’s performance despite the absence of talisman Carlos Tevez, but played down thoughts of a potential Juventus treble.
“No matter who is missing, we always give out best,” Pereyra said to RAI Sport.
“We knew Florence was a difficult place to come, but we prepared perfectly for this game. We proved out strength.
“The treble? We try to think just one game at a time. First will be Parma and then we will think about the Champions League.”
Juventus will be playing either Napoli or Lazio in the Coppa Italia final, as well as prepare for a Champions League quarter final clash against Monaco.
