Simone Scuffet - UdineseFiorentina are considering making a move for one of either Udinese’s Simone Scuffet or Juventus goalkeeper Marco Storari, to replace the departing Neto in the summer.

The Brazilian imminent departure has been well documented in recent months, with it even leading to a prolonged spell of omission from Vincenzo Montella’s starting eleven

According to tuttomercatoweb.it, either Scuffet or Storari will be targeted to come in and compete for the number one shirt with Romanian Ciprian Tatarusanu, who will remain at the club.

Storari, already a backup to legend Gianluigi Buffon at the Old Lady, appears to be falling further down the pecking order with the impending arrival of Brazilian Neto in Turin.

Scuffet made a sensational start to his Serie A career last season, with many dubbing him the next in line to replace Buffon but has since struggled to secure a starting position for the Zebrette, and a move away might be what is required for the young shot-stopper to get his career off the ground.
