Barcelona winger Pedro is the subject of interest from English Premier League teams and Serie A side Inter.
Roberto Mancini’s side sit eighth in the league having reinforced their attack in January with the acquisitions of Xherdan Shaqiri and Lukas Podolski, but with higher expectations for the 2015/16 campaign further signings are required to improve the squad.
According to AS, the Nerazzurri are closely monitoring the 27-year-old, as are Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal; who, Inter aside, can offer Champions League football – with the Gunners having signed Pedro’s former team-mate Alexis Sanchez in July 2014.
The 2014/15 season has been a disappointing one for the Spanish attacker, who has fallen out of favour after the signing of Luis Suarez, meaning the majority of his appearances have been from the bench – restricting Pedro’s goal-tally to six goals, after 15 in 2013/14.
