Inter defender Juan Jesus believes that his team will be able to create more opportunities to score in their upcoming clash with Lazio though he understands the Aquilotti will be tough to overcome.

The Nerazzurri will be heading to the Stadio Olimpico to face the Biancocelesti on Sunday and the 23-year-old is hoping that the visitors will be able to make up for their recent goalless draw against Chievo by earning all three points, but admits that the capital city club have been very impressive this season.

Juan Jesus spoke to Inter Channel about the battle with Lazio and touched on Inter’s possible approach to the match, while also commenting on his ability to play in different defensive positions.

“We will have more space to work against Lazio than we did against Chievo, so we will take every opportunity to score,” said the Brazilan.

“They have a great attack with players like Miroslav Klose, Antonio Candreva and Felipe Anderson, I think that’s where their surprisingly great season has come from.

“My ability to play as a left-back? This is nothing new, I played that role already under Andrea Stramaccioni without any difficulty.

“I think I grew up from the tactical aspect, though I know that I can still improve.”
