Lazio are very interested in the services of on-loan Cagliari forward Diego Farias.
The 25-year-old Brazilian has spent the season on loan from Chievo Verona, and has been one of the few players from the Sardinian club to come out of the current campaign with any merit.
Tuttomercatoweb reports that Lazio understand they have to strengthen their squad ahead of their return to European football next season, and have pinpointed Farias as a potential target.
The Albiceleste want to make a move quickly for the former Sassuolo man, as they understand that a number of other clubs have made inquiries as well.
Farias has netted eight goals in 30 appearances for Cagliari this season.
