Napoli fansNapoli have had restrictions placed on their stadium for their next European game.

Following the Partenopei’s fans actions in their semi-final first leg match against Dnipro on May 7, the Naples club have had restrictions placed on what parts of their Stadio San Paolo can be used in their next European match.

Sportmediaset.it reports that UEFA have said, due to, “fireworks, poor organization and the use of lasers,” Napoli must close Curva A and Curva B in their next home European match.

The club has also been fined €80,000 as a punishment.

Rafael Benitez’s side were knocked out of the Europa League in the semi-finals, after losing 2-1 on aggregate to the Ukrainian side.

They face Lazio on Sunday, in a game that could give them Champions League qualification next season if they claim victory.
