AC Milan have officially signed Andrea Bertolacci from Roma.
The 24-year-old has spent the last three season’s with Genoa who owned 50 percent of his rights along with the Giallorossi. Roma then paid €8.5 million to secure the remaining half a week ago.
Bertolacci signed a contract until June 30, 2019 after he the passed his medial with the Rossoneri on Monday afternoon. A fee of €20 million was agreed between the two clubs.
A key figure in Genoa’s push to sixth place in Serie A last season, Bertolacci made 34 Serie A appearances, scoring six goals, whilst also being called up to the Italy squad in November 2014 for the Euro 2016 qualifying match with Croatia and a friendly with Albania.
