AC Milan vice-president off to Porto for Martinez negotiations

Adriano Galliani AC MilanAC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani is flying to Porto to negotiate a deal for striker Jackson Martinez.

The Rossoneri are looking to revolutionise their playing staff following the €480 million investment from Thai businessman Bee Taechaubol for 47 percent of the club, with around €150m being made available for transfers.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Galliani is on his way to Portugal as he looks to secure Martinez’s services.

it is believed Valencia have already offered €30m for the player, who has a €35m release clause in his contract.

Martinez bagged 21 goals in 30 Primeira Liga matches last season as Porto finished second to Benfica.

Meanwhile, Milan are also trying to bring Zlatan Ibrahimovic back to Serie A, after the Swede agreed to return to the Stadio Meazza.
