Juan Quintero ColombiaJuan Fernando Quintero could be on his way back to Serie A according to the attacking midfielder’s agent, despite Brazilian side Flamengo being named as his mostly likely future destination.

The Colombian has spent the last two years at Portuguese giants Porto after moving from Pescara but it expected to leave the Champions League quarter-finalists.

“I have been in permanent contact with Porto and we have had some contact with Italian, German and Brazilian clubs,” said Quintero’s agent to O Jogo as he shed some light on his client’s next move, indicating that there are currently several options open at this stage.

“Quintero really likes Flamengo, but at this point any scenario remains open,” announced Quintero’s agent as he looks to find his client a new employer.

The 22-year-old is a Colombia international, representing his national team on 13 occasions including at the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

Quintero made 19 appearances and scored twice for Porto during the 2014-15 season.
