Francesco GuidolinFrancesco Gudiolin has spoken of his desire to return to coaching and would relish the chance of a long-term rebuilding project at bankrupt club Parma.

The ex-Udinese tactician has previously had a stint with the Ducali, between 2008 and 2010, and would jump at the chance of trying to revive the stricken outfit.

“I have nothing but wonderful memories of this place,” he told TV Parma. “I’ve been following the events as they have unfolded and it has been truly tragic.

“A club like this must restart in Serie B and get back to where it once was.

“I would love to be part of the process here and try to make Parma great again. I’ve had a year away but I’ve been watching and learning.

“There is still a lot that needs to happen here, so we will just have to wait and see.”
