Andrea Pirlo JuventusJuventus  sporting director Beppe Marotta assured fans that star Andrea Pirlo will not leave the club this summer.

The Italian international has been linked with a move to America in recent weeks but Marotta rejected the possibility of Pirlo leaving and also spoke about the future of Carlos Tevez and other players linked with the club.

“As things stand Pirlo will not be leaving the club. I don’t see any reason why he will go,” Marotta told Sport Mediaset.

“In the case of Tevez, we will respect his decision. He does, however, need to decide his future very soon. We believe that is fair for all involved.

“It is true that many clubs admire Pogba but we have not held negotiations with any clubs.

“We are not interested in Geoffrey Kondogbia, it is false speculation.

“Berardi is still co-owned with Sassuolo so we will meet with them to decide everything soon.”
