Ibrahima Mbaye - InterIbrahima Mbaye is set to become Bologna’s first signing of the summer, after his side’s promotion activated a clause in his loan contract.

The 20-year-old Senegalese was sent on loan to Bologna in January from parent club Inter, and played a big part in Bologna’s promotion campaign.

Tuttomercatoweb report that there was a clause in his loan contract that Bologna would be forced to pay €3 million to sign Mbaye permanently in the event that they would get promoted to the Serie A.

Bologna’s play-off victory over Pescara on the weekend, in which Mbaye was incidentally sent off in, means that move should be finalized in the coming days that will see the player sign a four-year deal with the club.
