Sinisa Mihajlovic SampdoriaSinsia Mihajlovic has signed a deal that will see him become the new AC Milan coach, after having agreed personal terms with the club, although he must wait for Filippo Inzaghi to exit the club.

The former Sampdoria boss will replace Inzaghi as coach at the Stadio Meazza, pending the latter stepping down from his role.

As reported by Sky Sport Italia, the Serbian has already signed a contract that will tie him to club until 2017.

However, the Rossoneri are still trying to convince Inzaghi to terminate his contract by mutual consent rather than sacking the Italian, as that could result in them having to pay his wages for a whole year.

Vice President Adriano Galliani has been in discussion with the Milan veteran during the past week, though Inzaghi remains reluctant to end the affair.

Nevertheless, Milan have completed negotiations with Mihajlovic who will officially take over once the ordeal is resolved .
