Roma are leading Bologna and Sassuolo in the race for Werder Bremen striker Franco Di Santo in the summer.
The 26-year-old Argentinian international has enjoyed a splendid campaign in the Bundesliga that culminated in his return to the senior national side.
Tuttomercatoweb reveal that Serie A trio Roma, Bologna and Sassuolo are all keen on the striker, who holds an Italian passport, to reinforce their forward line.
The player’s 14 strikes in 27 appearances this season has put a number of clubs around Europe on notice, and Bremen will have a tough task holding on to the powerful striker.
Di Santo enjoyed a mixed spell in England with Chelsea, Wigan Athletic and Blackburn Rovers before moving to Bremen on a free transfer in 2013.
