The 36-year-old former German international is out of contract at the end of June, and has been continually linked with an exit from the club all season.
Tare, speaking to Radio CRC, confirmed that coach Pioli and Klose will stay with the club, whilst they also expect to announce a double signing this week.
“Klose will stay with us, he hasn’t expressed a desire to leave and has another year on his contract,” Tare confirmed.
“Pioli is not out of contract. His contract provided for the automatic extension if we qualified for Europe. We feel happy and fortunate to work with a coach like him.
“In a few days we will announce a new acquisition. We will be signing a central defender and an attacking midfielder.”
