Watford are favourites to land out of contract Lazio midfielder Cristian Ledesma this summer, with Sunderland and West Bromwich Albion also chasing the Italo-Argentine.
The 32-year-old is set to leave the Biancocelesti after spending the last nine seasons with the club as his contract will not be renewed, and recent reports suggest he could be set for a move to the Premier League this summer.
Hitc.com report that Watford are the favourites to land the former Italian international, with Sunderland and West Bromwich next in line should the midfielder fail to reach an agreement with the Hertfordshire club.
Ledesma joined Lazio from Lecce in 2006, making 318 appearances in all competitions for the capital club while winning two Coppa Italia’s and a Supercoppa Italiana.
