Kevin-Prince Boateng SchalkeAC Milan are plotting an exchange deal that would see Alessio Cerci go to Schalke 04 for Kevin-Prince Boateng.

This deal is very complicated due to the fact that 27-year-old Cerci still has one year left on his contract after arriving in January 2015 from Atletico Madrid when Fernando Torres headed the other way.

According to Tuttomercatoweb.com, the Rossoneri are plotting a return for their former midfielder Boateng and would be ready to send Cerci to Germany.

Boateng used to be a local at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza until Milan offloaded him for €10 million in 2013, the Ghanian centre midfielder made 74 appearances, scoring 10 times and providing 10 assists during his time with the Diavolo.

Under coach Andre Breitenreiter at Schalke, Boateng scored six times in 44 games and notched up five assists.

His counterpart, Cerci, was struggling for form at Atletico under coach Diego Simeone, tallying up six games played with no goals scored and at Milan he was only able to score one goal from 18 games.
