Former Parma midfielder Jose Mauri is set to put pen to paper on a contract that will see him join AC Milan on Monday.
The 19-year-old impressed for the Ducali last season, and has drawn interest from a multitude of suitors over the past few weeks after becoming a free agent after Parma’s bankruptcy.
Sky Sport Italia reports that his search for a new club will end on Monday, as the Argentine-born Italian will be in Milan to finalise a contract with the Rossoneri.
After his contract is wrapped up, the midfielder is expected to take part in his first training session at 18 CET under new coach Sinisa Mihajlovic.
Mauri started his career in the Parma youth ranks before becoming a first team player in 2013. In 32 appearances with the Ducali he scored two goals over two seasons.
