Atletico Madrid have announced the signing of Stefan Savic from Fiorentina.
The Spaniards reportedly beat late interest from English Premier League side Manchester United to land the defender, who signs as part of a deal to take Mario Suarez to Florence.
Savic enjoyed three seasons for the Viola since joining from Manchester City in 2012, racking up 86 Serie A appearances, guiding them to the Europa League semi-finals in 2015 as well as a fourth place league finish.
To date, he has made 32 appearances for his national side, Montenegro, lining up alongside former Fiorentina talent Stevan Jovetic.
