Belgian midfielder Gaby Mudingayi will not rush into finding a new club despite currently being a free agent.

The defensive midfielder spent last season with Cesena, which ultimately ended in the disappointment of relegation from Serie A, and his deal at the Stadio Dino Manuzzi has currently not been renewed.

Mudingayi has received offers from various countries as the 33-year-old bides his time before making his next move.

”I am leaving everything with my agent and we will see what happens,” he told Tuttomercatoweb.

”In the meantime I am training alone with my trainer so that I am ready to go when I get the call.”

Mudingayi is certainly no stranger to having his future up in the air, last summer he was released by Inter before agreeing a move to Spain to join Elche.  However, he could not be registered due to the club’s financial difficulties and he eventually left the club in February before signing for Cesena.

”We are evaluating all available options, having virtually grown up in footballing terms in Italy I would like to stay here and if an interesting offer came along from a good team in Serie B then I would consider it.  But I have also received offers from teams in Belgium, France and America which I am carefully considering.”
