Inter full-back Yuto Nagatomo looks set to leave the Stadio Meazza in the coming days with a move to either the Turkish Super Lig or the English Premier League his most likely destination.

The 28-year-old has been with the Milanese giants since 2010 after signing from FC Tokyo, but he now appears to be surplus to requirements at the Nerazzurri as coach Roberto Mancini looks set to continue his squad rebuilding ahead of the coming season. His transfer activity has resulted in a completely new defensive line-up after the signings of Martin Montoya, Miranda and Jeison Murillo this summer.

According to Gazzetta.tv, Turkish champions Galatasaray have been in contact with the player’s representatives over a possible deal for the wing-back while Premier League side West Bromwich Albion are also keen on signing the Japanese international.

The former Cesena loanee has made 121 Serie A appearances for the Nerazzurri since making his debut again Roma in February 2011, scoring nine goals in the process.

He has also been capped 81 times by his country.
