As expected, Juventus have loaned versatile defender Luca Marrone to Serie A new boys Carpi.
Marrone has been linked to Carpi for a while now and the move was finalised on Wednesday evening.
The deal is thought to be a straight loan, with no option to buy for the Biancorossi.
The 25-year-old spent last season with the Bianconeri, yet failed to make an appearance and looks set to face more competition this season, with Juventus already adding Sami Khedira to their midfield options.
Marrone will now be hoping for more first-team football with Carpi this season.
The Former Italian U-21 international, who can play at centre-back or as a central midfielder, has had previous loan spells with Siena and Sassuolo.
