Juventus are set to complete the signing of midfielder Godfred Donsah after meeting with Cagliari.

The Bianconeri have been in negotiations throughout the summer for the Ghanaian after he impressed in his debut Serie A season in spite of the Sardinian side being relegated.

Sky Sport Italia reports that Juventus and Cagliari met on Thursday to finalise a move for the 19-year-old and that a deal could be completed by the weekend.

Juve are expected to sign Donsah on loan with an option to buy at the end of the season for €8 million.

Cagliari would also receive youth team players Alberto Cerri, Andres Tello and Davide Arras on loan as part of the deal.

There is also the possibility that the midfielder would remain on-loan at the Isolani for another season as new coach Massimo Rastelli looks to secure an immediate return to the top-flight.

Donsah made 21 Serie A appearances, scored two goals and provided one assist for Cagliari last season.
