Turkish club Trabzonspor have officially completed the signing of Lazio defender Luis Cavanda.
The versatile 24-year-old, who can play at either full back position, had been a contributor to the Biancocelesti cause for the past few seasons despite never carving out a regular spot in the starting lineup.
His eight-year stint in Italy now comes to an end, as reported by Trabzonspor’s official website, with Cavanda completing a move to the Turkish Super Lig side for a reported fee of just under €2 million.
Cavanda originally joined Lazio in 2007, featuring for the Biancocelesti’s youth side before making his Serie A debut in 2010.
The Angolan-born footballer then spent the next two seasons out on loan at Torino and Bari before going on to make 80 appearances for the Biancocelesti.
