Napoli have joined Inter in the race to sign Legia Warsaw’s highly rated youngster Ondrej Duda but also face competition from Southampton and Wolfsburg.
The 20-year-old had reportedly been close to joining the Nerazzurri for around €5 million last week however the Partenopei are hopeful of swooping in at the eleventh hour to prise away the Slovakia international.
While Inter remain strong favourites to seal Duda’s signature, Napoli, Southampton and Wolfsburg remain keen to land the promising midfielder according to sport.interia.pl.
Duda began his career with Kosice in his native Slovakia before he opted to join Polish outfit Legia in the summer of 2014 after his deal expired. After a string of impressive performances during his short time in the Polish capital, he made his Slovakia debut in November 2014.
