Bee Taechaubol will travel to Italy later in the month to try and finalise a deal to takeover AC Milan.

The Thai businessman agreed a deal in June to buy Silvio Berlusconi’s  48% stake in the club and is now eager to confirm the deal.

According to Sport Italia, Mr Bee will fly to Milan in the coming weeks in order to finalise the deal before August 3 deadline.

The two parties were given eight weeks, from June 5, to complete the deal but with no end in sight Mr Bee is preparing to go to Milan to personally see the deal over the line.

Milan are currently on tour in China, as the businessman sees the country as an important market opportunity in his vision for the club.
