Lazio sporting director Igli Tare has revealed Felipe Anderson will remain at the club at all costs.
The 22-year-old renewed his contract with the Biancocelesti in March until 2020 despite reported interest from English Premier League clubs Chelsea and Manchester United.
“How much is Lazio’s Brazilian worth? I do not care to say. He has done a great job for us,” Tare told TuttoMercatoWeb.
“We have never thought about selling him because we always wanted to extend his contract and keep him at Lazio.”
The Brazil international has scored ten goals during 45 appearances for the Aquile since arriving from Santos during the summer of 2013, a deal which the former Lazio and Bolonga striker Tare was influential in completing.
