Torino coach Giampiero Ventura is expected to sign a new contract, keeping him at the club for at least two more seasons.

Ventura joined Torino in 2011 and has since led the club to promotion, Serie A safety and even European football via the Europa League.

According to Sportmediaset, Ventura has reached an agreement with Torino that includes an adjustment to his current salary and will keep him at the club until 2017.

Ventura led Torino to a ninth-placed Serie A finish and a Europa League Round of 16 berth last season. He also helped the development of young talents such as Ciro Immobile, Alessio Cerci and Matteo Darmian.
