Torino would be considering making an offer for Palermo striker Andrea Belotti.

After selling Matteo Darmian to Manchester United, Torino have been active in the transfer market and have signed young full-back Davide Zappacosta and midfielder Daniele Baselli from Atalanta.

According to Tuttosport, coach Giampiero Ventura would want another striker to compete with the likes of Maxi Lopez and Fabio Quagliarella.

Sporting Director Gianluca Petrachi would have identified Palermo’s Belotti as the perfect addition to the Granata attack, and would be pondering a €7 million offer for the Italy U21 International.

Having scored 6 goals in 38 appearances this season, Belotti is considered the future of the Palermo attack after the sale of Paulo Dybala to Juventus.

Should they fail in their attempts to sign Belotti, Torino would turn their attention to former Palermo striker Abel Hernandez, who is currently playing for Hull City.
