Despite the obvious language barrier, West Ham United midfielder Mark Noble made it perfectly clear to Fabrizio Miccoli that the former Palermo star should start eating more salad.

The pair clashed yesterday during their Europa League preliminary tie, with the 36-year-old Miccoli now turning out for Maltese club Birkirkara.

Come on Mark, its probably just the pasta!
